Our client utilizes a unique financial software that allows them to support their thousands of dealers with inventory tracking, payment processing, financing, and insurance. During a system upgrade, the software did not bridge correctly and the in-house IT team didn’t have the background required to fix it.
Unable to support their dealers with every component of the sales process, the new system would have prevented millions of dollars in revenue from being generated. Additionally, relationships with their dealers and their end-consumers would be significantly damaged.
APC quickly went to work to find talented developers who could quickly address the software issues and get the financial software reconnected. Within our client’s three-million-person metropolis, only one developer with experience in this highly niche software was available.
