It’s really easy to refer someone. Simply complete the Candidate Referral Form below. Alternatively, you can email the candidate’s contact information to our HR team at hr@apcinc.com. One of our talented recruiters will then contact your referral for more information. You’ll be notified if your referred candidate is hired and you’re eligible for a reward. Depending upon factors such as the duration of the contract, the current market demand, and the position type, each eligible referral bonus amount ranges from $200-$600. All referral bonuses are paid in two installments. The first half is after the referred person has been on the job for 90 days, while the other half is paid after they’ve been in the role for 180 days. They must still be on an active engagement with APC at the time of each installment payment.
